Each user's dashboard is customized with specific tabs based on their role and the information they need. This setup fosters teamwork through controlled visibility and eliminates the inefficiencies of running reports to follow up, as all necessary data is readily accessible on-screen.

The dashboard layout is intuitive and efficient:

• Top Half: Displays a one-line summary of Quotes, Sales Orders, or Stock Transfers, depending on the selected tab.
• Bottom Half: Provides detailed information for the selected summary line, allowing users to access critical details without navigating multiple screens.
• Quick Access: With a single click, users can open Quotes, Orders, Shipments, or Stock Transfers, saving valuable time.

Dashboard Features by Tab

Quotes

• Get a quick overview of all pending quotes, including success probabilities.
• Highlight a quote to view detailed information without opening it.
• Easily open any quote with a double click.

Sales Orders

• View all customer orders that require action - such as deposit hasn't been paid, stock hasn't been allocated or order hasn't been linked to an incoming container.
• Access both summary and detailed views on the same screen.
• Open orders effortlessly with a double click.

Purchase Orders

• Quickly review all purchase orders outstanding and filter by supplier.

Shipments

• See an overview of all shipments, with details displayed on the same screen.
• Filter and export shipment data directly to Excel as needed.

Calls

• Manage your to-do list of calls, quotes, orders, or other CRM follow-ups.
• Right-click to open linked customers or documents. Once a call is marked as completed, it’s automatically removed from the list but retained in the customer or supplier history.

Stock Transfers
